Nothing says Summer to me more than the arrival of Irish Strawberries in the shops. Or even better, the “Wexford Strawberries & New Potatoes for sale” signs on the roadside. I know we can get imported strawberries all year round now but they just don’t have the same flavour.
Baked cheesecake was one of the challenges recently on the Great British Bake Off. I usually stick with easier no-bake cheesecakes but decided to up my game and try one.
As it’s nearly the weekend I thought it would be nice to post an indulgent dessert recipe. My go-to cheesecake is usually this Bailey’s Cheesecake. This Malteser Cheesecake isn’t a million miles away, recipe wise.
