I’ve been meaning to share this recipe for Creamy Potato Salad with Chorizo for some time now. I thought with the Bank Holiday approaching, you might be looking for ideas for food to make for a barbecue and this is the perfect side.
Burrata. I thought I’d never get my hands on it! The lovely people in Iago got some in and kindly let me know. I love my cheese but my level of excitement was bordering on pathetic. I was dying to experiment and this Burrata Strawberry and Watermelon Salad was born.
This is one of my favourite salads. And everytime I make it I wonder why I don’t make it more often! Watermelon and Feta salads are not an original idea. If you’ve never had one I urge you to try it, the combination of sweet melon and salty feta cheese is so refreshing.
