I thought it was about time that I posted another chocolate recipe. You can never have too many chocolate recipes in your collection. I made this again recently for guests and it is such a great dessert to make, it’s easy, you can make it ahead of time and it is so so tasty.
Ok I admit it, this is blood orange curd. Purely because they are still available. But you can use ordinary oranges to make it. I had never even tasted a fruit curd up to a couple of years ago and now I love them.
This pavlova is from Nigella Lawson’s How to Eat, her first cookbook. It is a great, comprehensive starter cookbook as it has a huge variety of recipes and very clear instructions.
