Grilled Watermelon and Sesame Feta Salad

This is one of my favourite salads. And everytime I make it I wonder why I don’t make it more often! Watermelon and Feta salads are not an original idea. If you’ve never had one I urge you to try it, the combination of sweet melon and salty feta cheese is so refreshing.

White Chocolate and Passionfruit Mousse

  I was a little reluctant to try this dessert from Nigella’s Forever Summer. I’m not a big fan of white chocolate as I find it a bit sweet. However the passionfruit is sharp enough to cut through the chocolate, making this a really pleasant mousse.
