Those of you who follow my Facebook or Instagram pages will already be well aware (read – bored of me prattling on about the fact) that I was in London for a month. Hence the lack of blog posts.
I first had Mojo Beef Salad some time ago in Electric bar. It was so tasty. Recently I have been looking for different ways to prepare steak dinners so I pottered around the internet for a while and decided to try my own version of Mojo Beef Salad. And here it is!
There is a famous recipe for Broccoli and Feta Salad in the Avoca Cafe Cookbook by Hugo Arnold. I have made it several times and it is really good, but as per usual I cannot leave well enough alone and have to add other bits and bobs to it.
These Easy Mexican Chicken Wraps should really be described as Tex-Mex at best. They are based on wraps that I used to buy years ago in a local butcher shop but I can’t get them anymore. I have started making them myself and they have quickly become a favourite in our house.
Burrata. I thought I’d never get my hands on it! The lovely people in Iago got some in and kindly let me know. I love my cheese but my level of excitement was bordering on pathetic. I was dying to experiment and this Burrata Strawberry and Watermelon Salad was born.
