Lamb Tagine is one of those dishes I have been trying to perfect over the years. I love lamb and I love spice, so it should be a no brainer really, I should love making Lamb Tagine. Sadly, any recipe I have tried in the past has let me down.

I should probably come up with a more interesting name than Indian Roast Chicken for this dish. But to be honest, that is exactly what it is. I could call it tandoori but that would be incorrect so let’s not try to dress it up too much.

These Easy Mexican Chicken Wraps should really be described as Tex-Mex at best. They are based on wraps that I used to buy years ago in a local butcher shop but I can’t get them anymore. I have started making them myself and they have quickly become a favourite in our house.
These Southern Fried Chicken Goujons are a big hit in my home. I like them as I find chicken quite boring and like to have the crunch of the coating with plenty of mild spices to boost flavour.
For years I thought Satay was a Chinese dish. This was probably due to the fact that the most exotic food we had growing up was from the local takeaway where they had the skewers as a starter dish!
