Spring Vegetable Pasta Salad

This post starts with an apology. My site was down today due a few behind the scene changes. Thanks to the wonderful folk at Blacknight it is up and running again. However, my last two posts for this and my Chocolate Truffle Cake and all the comments etc. disappeared. So I have recovered them and am […]

Mushrooms on Toast

Two blog posts in one week – you lucky things! It’s more beige food but trust me beige can be utterly delicious. And yes, I really am posting a recipe for Mushrooms on Toast.

Chicken Chasseur

Moroccan Eggs

Those of you who follow my Facebook or Instagram pages will already be well aware (read – bored of me prattling on about the fact) that I was in London for a month. Hence the lack of blog posts.

Pea and Broccoli Soup

Nigella has a recipe in Simply Nigella for a nice Pea and Broccoli Soup. It looks very fresh and very healthy. This recipe is not quite as healthy. It’s not bad for you or anything, I’ve just used stock and a little dairy. And then I stuck cheesy croutons on top.
